Prop. 85: Parental Notification of Abortion
As a California resident, you?ve got a chance to vote on a proposition this November 7th about parental notification for abortion. In last year?s special election, California voters rejected Prop. 73, a similar proposal. This year, the issue is back on the ballot in the form of Prop. 85. What do you think about the measure?
